How much do pre-orders cost?

Creps On Demands pre-order fee's depends per trainer.

Is there money back guaranteed  if my order isn't secured?

We guarantee that you will receive your pre-ordered item or you will get your money back.

How will I know when my item has been secured?

We usually let you know on the day of release, sometimes it can be up to 24 hours after release date.

​

If my order wasn't secured how do I get refunded?

Refunds are automatic, you don't have to do anything. All items that were not secured will be automatically refunded. The money can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

How can I cancel my order?

We don't accept accept cancellation all sales are final.

Can I return pre-ordered items?

You are able to return your pre-ordered item(s) please note pre-order fees will not be refunded. Check our returns policy for more information.
