Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:
All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.
You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return this back to us.
We do not offer refunds for any manufacturing defects that are uncontrollable.
Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.
If your return is not accepted, you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
Terms & Conditions
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package

To avoid any customs charges. Creps On Demand is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 working days.
We thoroughly inspect all item(s) before they leave us, and any returns will go through the same tests
How to return your item(s)

Complete the returns forms detailing your order number, which item is being returned and reason for return.

Return your order in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving to our return address along with the completed returns form.

Upon receiving your returned package, we will action your requested refund or exchange.
