TOP 5: Yeezy 700's of 2019.

It's been over four years now since Kanye West and Adidas aligned together to form the Yeezy brand partnership that we know today.

Fast forward to 2019 and the Yeezy brand is at the biggest it has ever been.

In 2019 we saw 11 'new' colour-ways as well as a restock of fan's favourite OG 'Wave Runners'

This year was by far the most productive, in terms of the amount of releases for the 700's but we have all heard the saying, Quality over Quantity?

Lets jump right into our Top 5!

"Magnet"

When these dropped at first I wasn't too convinced, initially dubbing these as the wave runners 2.0. Although grey on grey can be a bit boring and a common theme with Yeezys, I do like how they switched it up with the mid sole being white/orange an you can never go wrong with bubble gum outer soles.

Globally this was quite a small release, so it's quite refreshing not seeing everyone with the same 700's.

"Utility Black"

When I first heard they were releasing a 'Utility Black' colour-way for the 700's I was gassed as I'm a big fan of the 500's equivalent . As you can see the 700 version does it justice.

"Interia"

A lot of mixed opinions when it comes to the Interia's, I think these are one of the best colour-ways in Yeezy 700's history and the fact that Yeezy released these first as V1's and then shortly after released them in V2's versions in my opinion reinforces that statement.

"Tephra"

These are hard, I think they look even better on feet. To keep it 100, They have often been compared to the Geode's for a similar style but in my opinion the Tephra's are the better looking shoe. The only drawback for me is that It should've had the 3M Laces like we have seen on the 700 Statics.

"Vanta Black"
